First, enterprises in the area who build energy storage and ice storage projects will be given a subsidy of 150 yuan / kW after completion and use, and the maximum subsidy for each enterprise in the area is 1 million yuan. Second, during the peak load shifting period, the energy storage load can offset the load index of peak load shifting.Encourage the extraction of tap water, ice storage, energy storage, irregular time processes and other enterprise processes to stagger the peak, and transfer the precious load indicators during peak hours to enterprises in urgent need. If an industrial enterprise uses electricity for production during the trough period (0:00-8:00), it shall be subsidized by 5% of the generated electricity charge; For the production of electricity in the flat section, 2% of the generated electricity charge shall be subsidized.

  Suspend the lighting of unnecessary public places, and advocate commercial enterprises to actively participate in saving electricity. During peak load shifting period, except for major festivals and important political and economic activities, non production and operational lighting such as landscape and building lighting projects shall be stopped in all public places. Shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, entertainment places and office buildings should shorten the lighting time of advertising lights and landscape lights, reduce the use or stop using high-power electrical equipment and unnecessary lighting lamps during peak power consumption, and actively promote the use of energy-saving electrical appliances. Strive to improve employees' awareness of saving electricity and ensure that the lighting in corridors, corridors and other public areas is "off as you go".

  Advocate and encourage the general public to adopt a moderately economical, green and low-carbon family lifestyle. Make full use of natural light for home lighting, turn on less long-term lights, encourage the setting temperature of air conditioner to be no less than 26 ℃, try to use high-efficiency and low-energy appliances, turn off the power in time when leaving home and reduce standby power consumption.

Encourage industrial enterprises to reengineer production processes and take the initiative to stagger peak power consumption. Guide industrial enterprises to scientifically arrange production, actively obey the orderly power consumption scheduling, adjust production arrangements, take the initiative to stagger the peak, actively avoid the peak, make full use of the night to arrange production, so as to limit power without reducing production. Encourage the extraction of tap water, ice storage, energy storage, irregular time processes and other enterprise processes to stagger the peak, and transfer the precious load indicators during peak hours to enterprises in urgent need. According to the time of use electricity price period uniformly divided by the provincial development and Reform Commission, the peak period is 10-12 o'clock and 14-19 o'clock; The trough period is 0-8 points; Other periods are flat sections. In the off peak power consumption period notified by the district power supply department, if industrial enterprises use electricity for production in the low period (0:00-8:00), 5% of the electricity charge will be subsidized; For the production of electricity in the flat section, 2% of the generated electricity charge shall be subsidized. The subsidy fund is arranged by the district finance and used by the enterprise for evening staff subsidies and other expenses.

  Dispatch public transport resources to provide convenient transportation for night shift employees. Scientifically dispatch public transport resources, increase bus frequencies for enterprise employees who go to and from work in the trough period and peacetime period, and coordinate Guangdong transportation group and district public transport companies to provide specific bus services for enterprise employees.

  Vigorously promote the carbon peak and carbon neutralization actions of public institutions in Zhaoqing high tech Zone.
